Tom: Cosmos to Chocolate Bread Pudding
The salad was deemed "wonderful" by everyone sitting at our table and I know how picky some of them can be. The main course was considered just as good and it was easy to tell because conversation came to a halt when it was served. My Mom always said you can tell how much a group is enjoying their food by how much they spoke. If it was a quiet table, everyone was enjoying the food, and let me say that our table was very quiet.
Then after this feast fit for royalty came what we all agreed was the highlight of the evening: white chocolate bread pudding. I absolutely adore bread pudding of all types. I don't think I've ever eaten a bread pudding I didn't care for, but I like some better than others. Yours was nothing short of incredible. Seriously. The way it had a crispy, almost flaky outer crust caressing a light and delightful middle made it different from any bread pudding I've ever eaten. I could just about live on that bread pudding alone! My wife doesn't like bread pudding at all, but I insisted she try a bite of hers. In mere moments her plate was clean! Patricia Mara: Our Wedding Reception
We chose The Carriage House as our Reception venue after having a smaller private ceremony at a nearby private plantation. The buffet selection that was offered was traditional to South Louisiana cooking and was exquisitely done, everyone RAVED about the food. The staff was very helpful and professional during the event and the weeks and months before as I planned.
We had the entire bar area for our party as well as access to the patio and grounds, which it made it especially nice for the children in the party to be able to explore.
I cannot recommend it highly enough. Definitely FIVE STARS!!!

Guest: Awsome Eggplant
We enjoyed dinner at your place last week and the food was just awesome. The eggplant stacker was delicious and well presented. The staff as fun and friendly as they could possibly be. We staued a bit late and you were most gracious with your time and the sharing of "ghost stories" from the plantation. A trip to remember! We will be back.
